A platform this good doesn't come from a platform company.
eqomOS was not bought in and rebranded. It was architected, secured, audited and built by our own engineers. Those six disciplines are services we deliver to other businesses too — whether or not commerce is anywhere near the brief.
Technology Consultancy
Architecture reviews, platform selection, modernisation roadmaps and build-versus-buy decisions — from people who still have to ship what they recommend.
Proven hereNine modules on one kernel, designed so a change in one is understood by the rest. Explore this service → SECCyber Security Consultancy
Security assessment, secure architecture review, application testing, access design and incident readiness for systems holding money and customer data.
Proven hereTenant isolation enforced by the database, not by a WHERE clause someone might forget. Explore this service → BSDBespoke Software Development
Custom systems for the operations no packaged product understands, built to be maintained by your team rather than only by ours.
Proven hereThis platform is the reference. We built it, we run it, and we live with the decisions. Explore this service → TAUTechnology Audits
An independent read on code, architecture, running cost, delivery process and key-person risk — before an acquisition or a commitment depends on it.
Proven hereEvery AI call logged with model and prompt version. We audit our own work first. Explore this service → AISAI Consultancy & Development
Use-case selection, build, evaluation harnesses, and the audit trails, approval gates and cost ceilings that production AI actually requires.
Proven hereThe AI Catalogue Engine: approval gates, cost ceilings and a full audit trail, shipped. Explore this service → BLKBlockchain Development
Distributed ledger systems where the trust problem is real — provenance, multi-party settlement, tamper-evident records — and honest advice when it is not.
Proven hereProvenance and multi-party settlement patterns, applied to real supply chains. Explore this service →Most consultancies show you a slide deck. We can show you a production system carrying real orders, built by the same people who would work on yours — and tell you honestly which parts were hard.
Three ways to use us, depending on where you are.
Scope is agreed before anything starts, and we would rather tell you an engagement is unnecessary than take the work.
Advisory
A decision to make and no obvious answer. Architecture review, platform selection or build-versus-buy, delivered as a recommendation with the reasoning attached so it can be revisited later.
Assessment
Something exists and you need an honest read on it. Security assessment or technology audit with findings ranked by real impact and a sequenced remediation plan.
Build
The decision is made and it needs building. Bespoke development, AI systems or ledger work — documented, tested, and handed over with the source so you can leave.
Or all three
The most common shape: advise, then assess what exists, then build the part that genuinely needs building. Rarely all of it.
Ask us the questions you would ask any supplier.
Then ask to see the system we built for ourselves, and check whether the answers match it.
No, and most consultancy clients are not. These engagements stand alone. If the work has nothing to do with commerce, that is fine — the disciplines are the same.
Sometimes, and we will say plainly when we do. If eqomOS is wrong for your situation we would rather tell you than sell you a platform you will fight for three years.
You do — source code, infrastructure definitions and documentation. Being able to leave is what keeps a supplier relationship honest on both sides.
We help you prepare for a standard you are working towards — reviewing controls, documentation and gaps. Formal certification is issued by an accredited body, not by a consultancy, and anyone telling you otherwise is worth questioning.
Regularly. If a packaged product covers the need, building it yourself buys maintenance rather than advantage. The same goes for blockchain, where a well-designed database is usually the better answer.
Put a hard problem in front of us.
Architecture, security, AI or a build you are unsure about. A conversation costs nothing, and we will tell you if it is not work we should take.
